My walking is freer, I can feel myself swing, my low back is loose and moving. What’s been very helpful is I can tell when I’m bracing, tense, out of alignment, and then fix it! Your work has been very helpful in my meditation seat. I’d often get uncomfortable sitting longer than 20 minutes in my upper and low back, but you taught me how to stack myself properly and now I can sit with no problem for a hour - probably longer. I want to thank you for the wonderful class last weekend. I learned a lot and enjoyed it a great deal. I always hold you people who understand movement in high esteem. I am a left-brain PT type and have felt inept around many of my fellow SI people because I have had to learn about listening to my intuitive side. Movement work has been my biggest challenge and I think you teach it very well. I love your enthusiasm for the anatomy and the left-brain stuff and then you have the additional gift of your dance background and movement abilities. So thank you again and I hope to come to more of your classes. When I left the class, another participant said she enjoyed your teaching as much as she did when she took a class from you 15 years earlier and she was glad you were still teaching.

"The Shoulder Girdle class was really excellent, and I'm so glad I came. You taught several exercises that I’d learned before, but you taught them in a way so that I can actually do them! The shoulder exercises - the way I'd been taught previously - were awfully strenuous and left my shoulders very sore. You gave us permission to find ways to move the shoulders without strain or pain.
